Please note the following prior to purchase:

• All sales are final, and passes are non-transferable
• US Pass rates are subject to a 6% fuel surcharge. 
• Pass Packs are valid for the 2025 season only and will expire at the end of the season. 
• The pass holder must participate in every trip
• Pass holders are permitted to use their passes on guest(s), but the pass holder must also ride
• Pass Packs are valid for the DRY Freedom Jet OR the Wet Jet Tour only (dependant on pass purchased)
• Our tour is not recommended for anyone with back, neck, heart, respiratory issues or osteoporosis or any other injuries. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. 
• Young adults must be 16 years old to ride alone but must have a parent or guardian on-site to complete the participation agreement. Young adults under 16 years must ride with an adult 18 years or older. Children must be 44 inches tall for the Wet Jet tour and 40 inches tall for the Freedom Jet DRY Tour. Freedom Jet WET seats are ADULT only (minimum of 13 years old AND 100 lbs). Children will be measured on-site if height is in question.
