We always recommend making a reservation, to guarantee your seat on a boat. Walk-ins are booked based on availability. Our tour schedule will vary daily based on weather and demand.

There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. There is a minimum height requirement of 40″ tall for the DRY Freedom Jet seats, and the WET Freedom Jet seats are ADULT only – minimum 13 years old and over 100 lbs. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride. Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).

Guests aged 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests aged 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).  

Our tour is not recommended to anyone with a history of osteoporosis, heart, neck, or back injuries. Pregnant persons are not permitted to participate. 

There is a 13% HST added to all Canadian rates and a 6% fuel surcharge added to all Canadian and US rates. All ticket sales are final and we do not provide refunds if you are unable to make your tour. Any cancellations and/or reschedules within 24 hours of your booked departure time will be subject to a 10% rebooking fee.
