- Make sure you arrive 45 minutes before your trip
- Please bring the same credit card that you made your reservation with

- We have limited free parking available at each location!
- After you check in, make sure you are changed and ready for the trip!
- About 15 minutes before departure, you will have a mandatory safety orientation to brief you on everything you need to know about our trip!
- When the trip is over, take your time and feel free to hang out at our river shop. Our media staff will have your photos and videos ready about 10 minutes after your boat has docked!
- It is highly recommended that waivers are filled out prior to your arrival on site. You can download your printable waiver form by clicking the button below.
WET TRIP
Wet Jet & Freedom Jet WET Seats
- Credit Card - Make sure you bring the same credit card you made your reservation with! We highly recommend credit/debit as form of payment for retail and digital media items, but we do accept cash.
- Change of Clothes - When we say you get wet, we mean it! It's like jumping into a swimming pool over and over!
- Warm Gear - Although we do provide basic splash gear in inclement weather (sweaters and ponchos) it is still suggested that you layer up, especially on colder days.
- Shoes - If you haven't purchased shoes with us already, you can buy them in store. We do not provide free shoes, so bring your own if you do not wish to purchase a pair!
- Smile! - Our river shop at each location provides you the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind photos and videos from the trip, as well as a wide selection of some killer retail gear.

- Cameras - The stunning Niagara Gorge is the ultimate backdrop for your perfect landscape shot. Since you stay dry, feel free to bring your cameras with you!
- Smile! - Our river shop at each location provides you the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind photos and videos from your trip, as well as a wide selection of our killer retail gear!
