Accessibility Information for our Canadian location in Queeston, ON

All guests participating in the Jet Boat tour must have enough upper body strength to support themselves by holding on to the steel bar in front of them while on the tour.

Please advise our staff of any accessibility concerns you may have in advance so we can ensure you get the best assistance possible. You may do so by calling in advance to 1 888 438 4444 ext# 0 to speak with a guest services agent.

Accessible washrooms are available at the Floral clock in Niagara Falls where you can check in for the Jet Boat Tour.

There are accessible washrooms available on the Sunset Queen as well as the Niagara Belle.

Guests will drive themselves to our dock in Queenston about a 8 minute drive north of the Floral clock. Our staff will assist with directions.

Participation agreements need to be completed at the dock before attending our mandatory safety orientation – if a guest needs assistance with the agreement our staff is there to help anytime.

The dock is wheelchair accessible but the boat is not. We will gladly assist any participant in and out of the boat. If a guest needs a support person to assist them their support person is permitted on the dock. Seat placement will be at the discretion of the master (captain) of the vessel for safety reasons.

If a guest needs to have a support person with them for the duration of the tour, their support person can participate in the tour for 50% off our standard rate.

We also allow service animals onsite but they are not permitted on the boat for safety reasons. Our staff will be happy to assist any guests’ with accessibility concerns.

Assisted devices (ie: oxygen tanks) are not permitted on board for safety reasons.

Our washrooms in the parking lot at our Lewiston, NY location are wheelchair accessible. We ask guests to utilize the washrooms there before driving down to the dock. Our greeters will assist you upon arrival.

Guests with accessibility concerns will be permitted to drive their personal vehicles down to the dock where our staff will have participation agreements available for them to complete. If any guest needs assistance with the agreement our staff is there to help anytime. After completion of your agreements you will attend a mandatory safety orientation.
